We needed a couple of carpet spots patched up and the guys were awesome! They showed up on time, worked fast and did a great job. They even made sure we checked everything out before they left! Highly recommend!
Immaculate came out on 3/11 to clean my carpet and they did an amazing job! The tech was very professional. When the work was done, the one thing I can praise is the carpet looked brand new and I was able to actually walk on it without my feet being soaking wet. Shout out to Sandra Costa for the Great customer service 😊 Will definitely use Immaculate again!

They are a great company & everyone who is involved takes great pride in their work, providing excellent customer service, & being attentive. As a property management company, it is hard to find good vendors who are both trustworthy and reasonable.Immaculate has always been fair in their pricing & their quality of work is top notch. We had a family emergency and needed someone quick. They bent over backwards to get us in and Jose did an AMAZING job with the restoration. Seats and carpets were filthy and odorous and ended up unbelievably clean and odor free. Didn’t think they could get them even close to how they ended up. The office staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!
